It was found in the back room of the Governor's mansion on Mêlée Island.
Usage[]
It has no in game use outside of the cutscene.
Trivia[]
It is seen again in Return to Monkey Island at Elaine Marley's campsite on Scurvy Island. Threepwood comments that she must be attached to it, and so does not take it from her desk. It may also have some connection to her organisation named STAPL.
