The Rubber Chicken with a pulley in the middle was an object that was first seen in The Secret of Monkey Island. However there have been references to this item throughout the rest of the series.
Guybrush Threepwood first imagined that the item would be completely useless, but in time found it to have several uses.
Most residents of Mêlée Island owned one including Captain Smirk and Stan.

It was found in the International House of Mojo on Melee Island.The Voodoo Lady allowed Threepwood to take it at no charge.
Usage[]
It was used to slide along the cable connecting Melee to Hook Isle.
It was then possible to use it as an ingredient in the Navigation Spell to find Monkey Island.
