Red Skull is the leader of the native Monkey Island Cannibals.

During The Secret of Monkey Island he lives with the other cannibals in their Cannibal Village.

When Guybrush Threepwood trespasses and steals bananas from them, he captures him and locks him in a prison hut.

Some time after the events of SoMI, the cannibals leave Monkey Island. It is unknown what became of Red Skull.
