Rapp Scallion served as a Cook aboard Governor Marleys ship The Elaine, which was at that time looking for the treasure of Big Whoop.
He was given a piece of the Map to the treasure. He later set up an hotdog stand called the Steamin' Weenie Hut located on the North Beach of Scabb Island.
Death
LeChuck killed him by delivering a birthday cake alight with candles to him on his 35th birthday, knowing that he always forgets to turn the gas off in his hut, resulting in it blowing up. Not even his fireproof apron from Stan's Previously Owned Restaurant Supply didn't save him.
His remains lay in the Scabb Island Cemetery.
He was temporarily brought back to life by Guybrush with the Ash-2-Life product from the Voodoo Lady. He was unable to rest properly until his nagging feeling that he had left the gas on in his Weenie Hut had been satisfied, allowing his soul to be at peace.
