Palido Domingo was an agent. He had a map to Blood Island tattooed on his back due to having so many gigs booked there and always losing his sticky notes.

He had an inflated opinion of himself and often referred to people around him as 'babe' regardless of their gender. He had extremely pale skin and was quite sensitive about it being commented on.

One of his clients was the actor and playwright Slappy Cromwell ever since he performed on Blood Island. Domingo did not hold him in high regard however saying "If I booked that guy in a dinghy there'd be empty seats."

He, along with his actor client, travelled to Plunder Island when the hotel that they performed at was waning in popularity.

While Slappy was busy practising his new stageshow production, Speare, Palido could be found sunbathing at the Brimstone Beach Club. He had remained there in order to catch a tan, though he remained extremly pale despite having spent seven months on the beach.

When Guybrush Threepwood approached him, he mistook him for a waiter and ordered him to bring a drink to refill his mug.

He offered Guybrush Threepwood representation, but did not see him doing well. He suggested a gig at a shoe factory in Hoboken. When Threepwood refused the gig, Domingo took back his offer of representation.

When Guybrush Threepwood needed a map to get to Blood Island, he tricked Palido into thinking that he had sunburn on his front, prompting him to turn over and reveal the map on his back. Using Cooking Oil, Guybrush was able to dry the skin on the agent's back, enabling Guybrush to peel the map off.
