Spiffy was a dog who enjoyed spending time in the Scumm Bar.
He was talkative with other customers.
On visiting the Governor's mansion Guybrush notes that the dog depicted in the painting looks similar to Spiffy.

- In keeping with the other Scumm Bar patrons, it was originally intended that there be a close up of Spiffy when he was spoken to. This was cut from the final game, but restored in the Special Edition.
