The wharf on Phatt Island contained the Phatt City Library, the Phatt Island Jail and a fishing pier.
Because the wharf had to be rebuilt each time a ship came to the harbor, it was decided to build a lighthouse.
A Wheel of Fortune game also takes place in an alleyway while another houses a room for a member of The Gambler's Club.
