The Phatt Island Jail is a building in Phatt City where Governor Phatt kept criminals caught on his island. Outside the building was usually a wanted poster.
It had two cells, only one of which was furnished with a bed. That though had an uncomfortable rock-hard mattress. They could be unlocked with a Small Key.
It was guarded in shifts by the Phatt Island Guard and Walt the Dog.
Prisoners would have their belongings confiscated and placed in an envelope to be kept on a shelf in the jail.
