The Citizen of Mêlée Island was a shifty looking character who can be found in Melee island town past the Scumm Bar. he stands on the corner of the street and has a parrot on his right shoulder. he sells the map for to the secret treasure of Mêlée Island for a price. However, to Guybrush Threepwood's dismay, the map consisted of dancing lessons, nevertheless, the map was effective in finding the treasure, which was hidden in the mazelike fork.
