Famous Pirate Quotations was a book that listed a number of phrases spoken by well known pirates. It could be borrowed from the Phatt Island Library but when Guybrush Threepwood wished to check it out, it had been taken out by Governor Phatt.

The pirate who spoke each quote are randomised in each game and may not always be as above.
Acquisition[]
Threepwood must carefully swap the book with any other in his inventory in order to not wake Governor Phatt.
Usage[]
Threepwood used the book to identify which coffin in the Scabb Island Cemetery belonged to Rapp Scallion.
There are five quotes in the book. To find out which coffin belongs to Rapp Scallion, you find his quote in the book and then find the coffin inscribed with that quote.
Alternatively, you can count where Rapp's quote appears in the book and count the coffins from left to right to match the number. I.e. if Rapp's quote appears in the book first, the leftmost coffin will be his.
