The Booty Island Guard waited at an outpost on the way to Governor Elaine Marley's mansion on Booty Island. She ensured that no one approached without a ticket or a costume, during the Mardi Gras party.
Her LeChuck costume for Mardi Gras temporarily fooled Guybrush Threepwood into believing that the ghost pirate had found him. She allowed Guybrush to pass provided that he had an invitation and Fine Pink Dress (Which he attempted to wear in front of her).
She was one of the individuals who believed that Elaine Marley has destroyed the villain.

- Her sprite is almost similar to LeChuck's sprite (as a ghost form) from the previous game.
- In the Special Edition it is confirmed that she is a woman, as she is voiced by an actress.
