Banang is a yellowish liquid that comes in a barrel.

Club 41 had a barrel on a table on Flotsam Island. Guybrush claimed:

"It's like grog for monkeys. And a leading cause of simian diabetes"

  • If you click on the bottle of Banang in Club 41 multiple times, Guybrush will do a dance with Jacques the Monkey. This same dance can be seen in the third episode of Back to the Future: The Game, Citizen Brown, when Marty asks a hypnotised Biff to "do the chicken dance".
  • Banang first appeared in the second episode of Sam & Max Season Two, Moai Better Blues. It became a running gag after a gag in the fourth episode of that season, Chariots of the Dogs.
  • To date, Banang has appeared in eight Telltale seasons: Sam & Max: Season Two, Tales of Monkey Island, Poker Night at the Inventory, Sam & Max: The Devil's Playhouse, Back to the Future: The Game, The Walking DeadThe Walking Dead: Season Two, and Tales from the Borderlands. It also appeared multiple times in The Walking Dead: Michonne mini-series.
